Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint, please contact the relevant physiotherapist. Your complaint will be discussed in a personal meeting and an attempt will be made to find a solution.
If the desired solution does not follow from this conversation, you can submit the complaint in writing to the complaints committee of the Royal Dutch Association of Physiotherapy (KNGF), PO Box 248, 3800 AE in Amersfoort. The complaints committee mediates, conducts an investigation if necessary and makes a recommendation.
