From now on you can continue to work in groups on your condition, coordination and muscle strength under the guidance of Joyce Duinhoven. Classes take place weekly on the dates below. A training schedule is tailor-made to work on your personal goal(s). The groups consist of 4 to a maximum of 7 people and you can use the changing rooms and lockers before the start of the lessons.
